New Process: Abraham Follower Gets Amazing Results Manifesting Goals in 30 Days

Abraham of Abraham-Hicks promotes setting goals by not being specific, because being specific often causes resistance to rise in the form of doubts, fears, feeling that you might not deserve the goal.  He also advises us to set a general goal, and then spend the rest of our time letting the goal go and simply relishing positive thinking, having a positive outlook, and engaging in activities that are soothing thereby increasing our vibration and naturally allowing the higher vibrational reality to feed itself to us.

This is one man’s amazing story about using Abe 30 process to a better life:
He did all of the following:
1.     Wrote out a calendar and looked at it every day writing down all the things that he did to stay happy and positive that day.
2.     Wrote Abe a thank you letter in advance of his success thanking him for each and every thing he wanted manifesting.  The letter included thanks for the perfect job and relationship manifesting.
3.     Every day 2x a day he pictured himself sitting in The Hot Seat (the seat that visitors to Abe’s workshops get selected to go  to ask Abe a question - only a few people get selected out of a 200 person workshop) reading the letter to Abe.
4.     He was not specific – in the past he use to force fill his own grid – forced a job or a girl and was always miserable
5.     He gave all the attributes or qualities that his partner would have without naming or referring to anyone specific
6.     In reading the letter to himself he was in love with the woman that he wrote about without her even being there
7.     When he did things throughout the day that made him happy and kept him in a happy state, he didn’t do it thinking: “I am doing this because it will manifest something I want”  - he did it purely for the happiness of it.  He also wrote each actifity down on the calendar.
At the end of 30 days, he had manifested everything he wanted, including being invited to The Hot Seat by Abe at the workshop he attended.

Abe said lets go over the vibrationally accurate components of your successful strategy:
  • ·      By writing a letter about something that hadn’t happened yet you blurred the lines between present and future
  • ·      This allowed you to focus upon the vibration that allowed you to offer a vibration that wasn’t split, i.e. focusing on what we want, while also focusing on what we don’t want or are trying to heal or get rid of.
  • ·      When you take an easy approach to goals, you are more likely to be inspired, and the inspiration to act is where the importance lies.
  • ·      By practicing the thoughts that felt good about the things that you really care about, you practiced the vibration until you were chronically in the vibration of what you wanted.   Therefore, anything that is a vibrational match to that momentum had to join you there.
  •      We want to point out the difference between being there and attracting a higher vibration manifestations towards you, as opposed to trying to push things along  - its like pushing a noodle.  Pushing doesn’t work.

Three Top Reasons We Don't Achieve Our Goals and Three Workable Solutions.

In today's world just about everyone is schooled in some form of goal setting, combined with visualization.  Certainly, after the movie "The Secret" many people have a Vision Board - visual pictures representing our personal and business goals.  Virtually all Olympiads receive training in visualizing their  successes and accelerating progress in their physical trainings, even athletes who come from conservative backgrounds.  Now days, visualization and using the power of the mind to achieve goals is now just about as common place as apple pie.  So if we know about all these tools and we are using them, why are we sometimes not achieving what we set out to do?

The reasons are threefold:

1. Resistance:  Any mental process that is something less than a glowing mind vision of our highest success is resistance.  The best way to understand resistance is to set a high, unrealistic goal like:   I am going to have $1 million dollars in my bank account by tomorrow.  Go ahead and close your eyes right now, and silently say this goal to yourself.  Let what you have said sink in, and then ask yourself how you feel.  Most people will say something like:  "I don't feel like it will come true",  "I feel undeserving of this amount of money", "This is too short of a time span to expect results".  All of these thoughts are resistance, and they can come up frequently with many of the goals we set.  The solution is to release the resistance.  Solution:  Several good ways to do this are Hypnotherapy, The Sedona Method, EFT, and many forms of breath work. You can search around on Youtube and find demonstrations of these techniques, or look in the next section below for one good example.

2. My Mind Is A Powerful Creation Tool:  In between our Vision Board sessions and visualizations, the mind rolls on, rambling,  and picking up burrs along the way.  If left to its own devices, the mind will default to negative thinking 80% of the time, picking up so many burrs that it turns into a ball of tumbleweed, running rampantly and erratically across our life goals, scratching them, and erasing them.
Solution:  Here are some tips for harnessing this wild beast in between your visualizations:

a.  Prepaving: Set your day when you wake up. Get out of bed 15 minutes earlier and think of something positive when you wake up. Look at your day and form  exciting and productive outcomes for each meeting and project throughout the day.  If you have a meeting that day, you might say something like:  "I will feel light and happy throughout the whole meeting.  I will sit next to all the right people, making just the right connections to forward my financial and business goals".
 b.  Short circuit negative thoughts:   When the mind wants to chomp down on some criticism of someone else, or replay a past unpleasant experience, simply say to yourself over and over again:  "My mind is a powerful creation tool".   Say it slowly, distinctly and focus on every word.  When you say this in the face of the unpleasantness you are salivating to rehash, logic will tell you that rehashing it will then created more of the unpleasantness.  This is usually enough to stop the spin.
c. Appreciation:  Once you experience relief, then immediately find something to appreciate.  The key to appreciation is to find something that you REALLY appreciate.  For example, it is much better to appreciate the fact that you are a good car mechanic and can take care of most of your own car needs, then it is to try to stretch the appreciation to something you think you SHOULD  be able to appreciate like your business  flourishing, when in reality you had a few good months, but more bad months.

3. Lack of Positive Emotion When Visualizing On Goals:   If you can figure out how to imbue each one of your goals with emotions, do so.  Love is the most powerful emotion.  If your goal is to make more money, imbue it with love like this:  "My partner and I can use this money to take nicer more intimate vacations together", or "I have more time to spend with kids or grand kids", or "I can now give money to help build schools in under served areas".

Many blessings to you in the New Year

Law of Attraction

This blog shows:
1) The steps to deliberately creating a joyful experience.
2) How two people living side by side can experience a completely different reality even though they experience the same outward situation.
3) Defines and gives an example of pre-paving: a set of thoughts, words and emotions that focuses on any event past, present or future. Pre-paving creates a future that matches what was discussed, felt, and pondered. Most humans pre-pave unconsciously, usually by rehashing a negative experience, therefore resulting in more of the same. By harnessing our thoughts and purposely thinking and talking about good experiences, we will have good experiences.

As I drive to the lake, I begin pre-paving the experience I will have this weekend, which even surprises me in its effectiveness. I am going to a kayak outing with a large group of people and don’t know anyone. I have two friends coming this weekend, but whether we will camp together or spend time together is uncertain as they are not coming for the group experience and have a desire to camp more remotely.

Knowing that I am going to dive into a group of new people, I begin to pre-pave having a wonderful weekend. I picture myself having effortless, close and connected relations with the strangers I am about to meet. As someone who can be found pacing my apartment floor at 3 am from time to time, I also picture myself sleeping soundly and feeling well rested.

When arriving at the lake, I pull up to the gathering, situated around the perimeter of the lake. It’s a huge lake with numerous bays and the event is allotted one of the nicest. Even though its early evening on Friday, many people have already arrived and set up camp, which is in an open camping situation. I pull up next to an RV, get out, say hello and am immediately invited to sit down. I chat for a while, wander around, and meet a group who has come to the event together, who also invite me into their circle. I am in a happy flow.

When my friends arrive, we decide to camp separate from the group, slightly down the road. The spot has a high view of two bays, privacy and a campfire. We have an enjoyable evening sitting around the campfire, but my friends tell a few stories about previous camping outings where they asked noisy neighbors to be quieter and the neighbors became hostel. I cringe a bit and have to force myself not to lecture on the law of attraction and how they might be pre-paving, or creating, a noisy night.

I go to bed in my car and before falling asleep I look at all the beautiful stars beyond the car’s window and give gratitude. I wake up about ten times throughout the night and use a particular excersize to fall back asleep and It works well.

At one point, however, I have to crawl out of the car to go to the bathroom. I cannot believe what I hear when I open the car door - a cacophony of thumping music and people talking loudly. This campsite producing the unwanted concert is only 200 feet from where I am. With my car window open and housed in a small thin walled sedan, I heard nothing all night. As I reenter my car, I am anxious to see if it will block the sound and I am amazed that it does. At this point, I am wide awake, highly energized, but still fall back asleep.

Its only when I rise in the morning that I realize my consciously pre-paved reality is significantly different than my friends, whose tent was twenty feet further away from the disturbance than mine. The neighbor’s party kept them awake until 3am. These events inspired one of them to speak to the neighbors, a conversation that not did not go well….something about death threats I believe. As if this weren’t enough…… in yet another campsite a young woman was crying and vomiting for at least an hour. All the while, this normally finicky sleeper slept throughout the night and even until 7:30 am.

This is a great example of the Law of Attraction at work. Both my friends and I pre-paved our contrasting experiences ….me knowingly, with purpose, and with a positive outcome…..them unknowingly and without purpose, resulting in an unpleasant outcome. The formula my friends used is what most humans use day-to-day, hour-to-hour, and what Abraham-Hicks calls “sloppy thinking”.

In this situation, we were exposed to the exact same set of external circumstance, providing a good example to show that circumstances are irrelevant. The biggest gain in this scenario is maintaining a positive, joyful mental attitude throughout the day and into the following days. From this mindset, I will attract more joyful experiences into my life and my circumstances will improve on their own.

Don’t believe anything I say….try it and see what happens.

Putting Our Processor To Work

This is a story about the following:
• How our ordinary mental processing of day to day events creates our suffering.
• Specific examples about how to rework our processor to harvest bounty.
• How I did it the exact wrong way and turned it around to the right way.

While I am grateful that I live in an area that abounds in mystical and natural beauty, I have regretted the lack of social activities available on the weekends. A discouraging weekend last weekend, inspired a pledge that I was not going to let that happen again. I signed up for a kayaking group that was going to meet at a gorgeous lake some distance away. I didn’t care how far I had to drive. The kayaking trip was going to fill up the hole in my life, known as lack of community.

The drive did not go well as my exit off the interstate was blocked and without a map, it took and extra hour to get to the campground. I looked for the group for an hour and a half when I got to the lake, getting more and more disoriented when I couldn’t find them. Their instructions were specific and I was exactly where they said they would be. The hole got bigger.

The fact that two neighbors in my campground invited me to sit by the fire did not help. I couldn’t wait to sleep so I could get up for the early dawn kayak outing. My sleep was uncomfortable, after waking a trip into the bushes to relieve myself resulted in me being covered with desert stickers, the break-of-dawn kayak group was no where to be found, and 8 am turned out to be the real start time. The hole got bigger.

Frazzled and frustrated, I decided to apply some of the wisdom that I am constantly spouting. “Here I am at this stunning lake in perfect weather and I am miserable. I see once again I am learning that controlling and manipulating the material world is not the path to happiness (i.e. trying to fill the hole with a kayak trip).

We let the mind run wild like a balloon expelling air that slips from our fingertips. The balloon does uncontrollable figure eights in the air, exhausted and flaccid at the end of it. Like the balloon whirling wildly in the air, we religiously gnash our thoughts to figure out how to repair the holes in our lives. This whirlwind builds resistance within us.

Resistance causes our lives to malfunction in all the numerous ways that they are prone to. Releasing resistance shoots us into a state of grace and allows all our best dreams to unfold at our feet.

I begin the set of mental and breathing exercises. I have revised the Buddhist Tonglen practice, added in some Sedona Method and topped it off with the Law of Attraction. I start by breathing in the issue, which in this case is lack of community. I breathe this into me three times. I allow it to fill up the oxygen in my body to invade my blood, to become my heart and my soul. Then three times, I breathe out satisfying, enriching community, giving it away to people who already have it.

I continue with this process, and within fifteen minutes I feel the divinity of this majestic natural setting infiltrate my being. In another, fifteen minutes, I am filled with ecstasy. I then visualize a lovely, fun filled, community filled day.

Then the pieces of my day begin to come together in ways that don't make sense in the logical world. I walk to my car to get something and the kayak instructor calls out to me. He is parked at least two hundred feet from where the from the official gathering place for the kayaking event. There is no visible way to tell that I am interested in the kayak trip and he has never met me. This is technically a scuba event with hundreds of people wandering around and the kayak event is just a sideline.

Then the original organizer of the trip, who I looked for for so long the night before, shows up all of a sudden and introduces herself. Another woman wanders up several minutes later who was waiting for us at the official site for the kayak instruction. She is visibly upset that she missed so much of the gathering. I feel for her that she doesn’t know the art of releasing.

I could have gone to the official site for the kayak event and never found them, because the group never went to the official gathering place. I could have stood down there and gotten madder and madder, as that was clearly the direction in which I was pointed before applying the Law of Attraction..

We collect ourselves, have a delightful paddle, followed by a community filled lunch and a nap. I depart the event happy and fulfilled.

I am seeing that unwinding and turning around these everyday examples of the mind gone wrong is the true fertilizer for abundance. Our emotions give us the signal that we need to check in with our gnashing mind and pay attention to what it is saying. Our knee jerk faulty reaction when we have an unpleasant emotion arise is to look at the circumstances and try to change it. By acknowledging our emotional indicators of vibrational misalignment and redirecting the mind in the right direction, we harvest the natural abundance that the universe has arranged for us.
